I am thankful for the Clover Yo-yo Maker. I used six heart, large yo-yos and one extra-large yo-yo. Felt is key because I was able to make the rest of the body parts. You will need googly eyes, the trusty glue gun, and a pair of sharp scissors. I used my short, stubby, thumb for a pattern when making the face and neck. The legs are very fragile, and I am not sure they are needed? Don't forget the ribbon, if you want to make napkin rings. I love napkin rings and of course that is what I turned them into for Thanksgiving.

Also, this project is a bit tedious, but manageable. If you want to make these ready for your Thanksgiving dinner table, then start making them now! When Thanksgiving gets a bit closer, I will post a picture of my table using these napkin rings. Also, check out my flickr page for more interesting yo-yo ideas. Most of the really great ideas I have already shared on this blog.

I love those!!! I showed my granddaughter's these and hopefully their mom will help them with the heart yo-yo as they are a little harder to do.
So, so cute!!!

Oh wow! I wish I could learn to do these, I don't have money for patterns, but have lots of scraps from over the years of sewing.
